I work with a brokerage firm that is direct to 60 banks that has residential & commercial reo’s nationwide. Commercial reo’s are from 40% to 75% LTV and Residential reo’s are from 40% to 70% LTV. You can buy one at a time or in bulk is ok. Also you can renegotiate with the banks for a lower LTV if you like. To get a list put together you will need to fill out a reo acquisitions analysis form first. Plus sign the NCND and the company’s fee agreement of 3 points as well. They would then place your reo order with the banks that would put together your list. After that you will have to show proof of funds to get the reo list from the banks. Then after that you will be dealing directly with the banks after that. There is no chain of brokers at all with my source.
